Psychological consultation for organisations, institutions and creative projects

Alongside individual therapy and workshops, we offer psychological consultation to organisations, institutions, and creative projects.

We work with clients who want to ensure their approach to mental health is well-informed, evidence-based, and effective, whether that means reviewing existing content, advising on strategy, or contributing a psychological perspective to a project from the outset.

Schools and educational settings

We advise schools on their approach to student wellbeing, pastoral care, and staff training. This might include reviewing wellbeing content and communications, contributing to a school's mental health strategy, or offering staff training on supporting pupils' emotional and psychological needs. We also offer parent evening talks on topics such as anxiety, stress, friendships and neurodiversity.

Workplaces and organisations

We work with organisations to strengthen how they communicate and respond to mental health internally. This might include advising on wellbeing strategy, reviewing internal communications or policies through a psychological lens, or delivering webinars and short series for teams on topics such as stress, burnout, and self-compassion.

Film, television, and creative projects

We offer psychological accuracy consultation for scripts, storylines, and creative content involving mental health, therapy, or psychological experience. This includes advising on whether a character's presentation is realistic and sensitively handled, and reviewing content before production. We believe that thoughtful, accurate portrayal of mental health in the media matters, and we bring both clinical expertise and genuine engagement to this work.

We welcome enquiries from organisations and projects at any stage, whether you have a clear brief or are still exploring what you need. We are happy to have an initial conversation and, where helpful, tailor our involvement to what works best for you.
