How we work

What our sessions will look like

We offer both short-term, focused therapy and longer-term work. The length and pace of our therapeutic work together will be guided by your goals, needs, and what feels right for you.

Some people come with a specific difficulty they would like to address; others are looking for a longer-term space to explore more longstanding patterns or difficulties. We will work together with you to find an approach that fits.

All sessions take place online via Zoom and are 50 minutes long.

In our first appointment, we will explore what brought you to therapy, what you're hoping for, and whether we feel like a good fit.

Therapy sessions usually take place weekly or fortnightly, depending on your needs or circumstances and what works best for you. We hope to create a space that feels safe, thoughtful and reflective.
